COLOR CALIBRATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PRINTING DEVICE

To provide a color management system for a printing system that realizes a fleet-type color management service that manages color calibration of a printing device.SOLUTION: A fleet-type color management service sends a calibration target print job to a printing device in a group, measures the calibration target print job, captures color print data, uploads the measurement data to the fleet type color management service, determines a color print parameter for the group, including an aggregate maximum endpoint target, generates a gradation reproduction curve for all printing devices on the basis of the color printing parameter, verifies color printing ability using the printing device of a verification set, and determines if the printing device of the verification set can meet an aggregate maximum endpoint target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】印刷装置のカラーキャリブレーションを管理するフリート型カラーマネジメントサービスを実現する印刷システムのためのカラーマネジメントシステムを提供する。【解決手段】フリート型カラーマネジメントサービスは、キャリブレーションターゲット印刷ジョブをグループ内の印刷装置に送り、キャリブレーションターゲット印刷ジョブを測定し、カラー印刷データを取り込み、測定データをフリート型カラーマネジメントサービスにアップロードし、集約最大エンドポイントターゲットを含むカラー印刷パラメータをグループに対し決定し、全ての印刷装置についての階調再現曲線をカラー印刷パラメータに基づいて生成し、カラー印刷能力の検証を検証セットの印刷装置を用いて行い、検証セットの印刷装置が集約最大エンドポイントターゲットに適合できるか否かを判断する。【選択図】図６
