Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method for an aluminum-resin composite in which higher joining strength can be obtained.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a first roughening process in which an alkaline surface roughening agent containing NaOH as a hydroxide ion of 5.0 wt.% or more and 9.3 wt.% or less, Zn ions of 1.9 wt.% or more and 3.5 wt.% or less, nitric acid ions, and thiosulfate ions is brought into contact with a surface of an aluminum alloy containing Si of 0.5 wt.% or more and 16 wt.% or less, and Cu of 0.5 wt.% or more and 5.5 wt.% or less; a second roughening process in which an acidic surface roughening agent containing hydrochloric acid of 2.4 wt.% or more and 4.2 wt.% or less in terms of acid concentration, and aluminum chloride of 4.1 wt.% or more and 5.8 wt.% or less in terms of aluminum concentration is brought into contact with the surface of the aluminum alloy obtained in the first roughening process; a cleaning process to ultrasonically clean the surface of the aluminum alloy obtained in the second roughening process; and a joining process to join a resin composition to the surface of the aluminum alloy obtained in the cleaning process.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】より高い接合強度が得られるアルミニウム-樹脂複合体の製造方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】Siを0.5重量%以上16重量%以下及びCuを0.5重量%以上5.5重量%以下含有するアルミニウム合金の表面に、NaOHを水酸化物イオンとして5.0重量%以上9.3重量%以下と、Znイオンを1.9重量%以上3.5重量%以下と、硝酸イオンと、チオ硫酸イオンとを含むアルカリ性の表面粗化剤を接触させる第1粗化工程と、前記第1粗化工程を経たアルミニウム合金の表面に、酸濃度として2.4重量%以上4.2重量%以下の塩酸と、アルミニウム濃度として4.1重量%以上5.8重量%以下の塩化アルミニウムとを含む酸性の表面粗化剤を接触させる第2粗化工程と、前記第2粗化工程を経たアルミニウム合金の表面を超音波洗浄する洗浄工程と、前記洗浄工程を経たアルミニウム合金の表面に樹脂組成物を接合させる接合工程とを含む。【選択図】なし |
