Zusammenfassung:	To provide an urethane prepolymer and an aqueous polyurethane resin composition from which an aqueous coating composition excellent in acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance can be provided.SOLUTION: There are provided: an urethane prepolymer having (a) a polyol compound, (b) a polyisocyanate compound, (c) a hydrophilic nonionic group introducing agent, and (d) a hydrophilic nonionic group and a cationic group obtained by reacting a cationic group introduction agent; an aqueous polyurethane resin composition which is obtained by dispersing or dissolving the urethane prepolymer in water, adding (e) a sealing agent to the mixture and chain-sealing the mixture, or obtained by adding (f) a chain extender thereto, and chain-extending the mixture; and an aqueous coating composition containing the aqueous polyurethane resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の目的は、耐酸性、耐アルカリ性、及び耐食性に優れた水系塗料組成物を提供することが可能な、ウレタンプレポリマー及び水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明は、（ａ）ポリオール化合物、（ｂ）ポリイソシアネート化合物、（ｃ）親水性ノニオン性基導入剤、及び（ｄ）カチオン性基導入剤を反応させて得られる、親水性ノニオン性基及びカチオン性基を有するウレタンプレポリマー、並びに該ウレタンプレポリマーを水に分散又は溶解し、（ｅ）封鎖剤を加えて鎖封鎖するか、又は（ｆ）鎖伸長剤を加えて鎖伸長することにより得られる、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物、並びに水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を含む水系塗料組成物である。【選択図】なし
