In the flow path formation plate 42, a parting portion 422 extending to the lid formation member 41 and parting the plurality of refrigerant flow paths 421 from one another is formed. Regions of the flow path formation plate 42, which are parted by the parting portions 422 are opened to an external space on the opposite side of the lid formation member 41 with respect to the flow path formation plate 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
