To provide a pressure reducer in which refrigerant leakage from a refrigerant flow path can be recognized.SOLUTION: The pressure reducer comprises: a flow path formation plate 42 in which a plurality of refrigerant flow paths 421 arranged neighboring one another and where refrigerant flows is formed; and a lid formation member 41 joined to the flow path formation plate 42 and covering the plurality of refrigerant flow paths 421. In the flow path formation plate 42, a parting portion 422 extending to the lid formation member 41 and parting the plurality of refrigerant flow paths 421 from one another is formed.
