BINDER RESIN COMPOSITION FOR TONER

To provide a binder resin composition for toner that has sufficiently low temperature fixability and hot offset resistance while having excellent scratch resistance and bending resistance, a method for producing the binder resin composition, and toner for electrophotography containing the binder resin composition.SOLUTION: A binder resin composition for toner contains a polyester resin (A) with a softening point of 120°C or higher and 150°C or lower.
