Zusammenfassung:To suppress wear caused by friction against a body of a wear valve associated with an abutting/separating operation of a diaphragm valve element.SOLUTION: A diaphragm valve element 4 includes a fixed part 43 provided on the outer periphery of a thin film part 42 and connected to a thin film part 42. A wear valve 1 includes fixing parts 231, 36 for holding the fixed part 43 from both sides in an abutting and separating direction to fix the diaphragm valve element 4. To the surface of the fixing part 36, a diamond-like carbon coating 37 is applied for suppressing the wear of the diaphragm valve element 4 caused by friction between the fixing part 36 and the diaphragm valve element 4 associated with the abutting/separating operation of the diaphragm valve element 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ダイアフラム弁体の当接離間動作に伴うウエアバルブのボディとの摩擦により生じる摩耗を抑制すること。【解決手段】ダイアフラム弁体4は、薄膜部42の外周に、薄膜部42と接続された被固定部43を備えること、ウエアバルブ1は、被固定部43を当接離間の方向の双方向から挟持することでダイアフラム弁体4を固定する固定部231,36を備えること、固定部36の表面には、ダイヤモンドライクカーボンのコーティング37が施されており、ダイアフラム弁体4の当接離間の動作に伴った固定部36とダイアフラム弁体4との摩擦により生じるダイアフラム弁体4の摩耗を抑制すること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図2
