WEAR VALVE

To suppress wear caused by friction against a body of a wear valve associated with an abutting/separating operation of a diaphragm valve element.SOLUTION: A diaphragm valve element 4 includes a fixed part 43 provided on the outer periphery of a thin film part 42 and connected to a thin film part 42. A wear valve 1 includes fixing parts 231, 36 for holding the fixed part 43 from both sides in an abutting and separating direction to fix the diaphragm valve element 4. To the surface of the fixing part 36, a diamond-like carbon coating 37 is applied for suppressing the wear of the diaphragm valve element 4 caused by friction between the fixing part 36 and the diaphragm valve element 4 associated with the abutting/separating operation of the diaphragm valve element 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ダイアフラム弁体の当接離間動作に伴うウエアバルブのボディとの摩擦により生じる摩耗を抑制すること。【解決手段】ダイアフラム弁体４は、薄膜部４２の外周に、薄膜部４２と接続された被固定部４３を備えること、ウエアバルブ１は、被固定部４３を当接離間の方向の双方向から挟持することでダイアフラム弁体４を固定する固定部２３１，３６を備えること、固定部３６の表面には、ダイヤモンドライクカーボンのコーティング３７が施されており、ダイアフラム弁体４の当接離間の動作に伴った固定部３６とダイアフラム弁体４との摩擦により生じるダイアフラム弁体４の摩耗を抑制すること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図２
