To provide a fixing device that allows a reduction in assembly man-hours.SOLUTION: A fixing device has a heating rotating body and a pressure rotating body, and fixes a toner image to a recording material. The fixing device has: a flange that restricts the movement of a film in a longitudinal direction of the film and supports a heater; a fixing frame that supports the pressure rotating body, the fixing frame having positioning holes formed therein; a pressure member that applies pressure to the flange; and a sheet metal that has a pressure target part applied with pressure by the pressure member, and insertion parts inserted into the positioning holes.
