To allow a prescribed amount of medicine powder to be medicated by opening a correct size hole in a capsule at a correct position.SOLUTION: A medicator comprises: a body 2 in which capsule housing chambers 4A, 4B for housing capsules 22 filled with medicine powder is opened in an upper surface; a lid body 6 which is arranged in the body 2 and is opened/closed between an open position where the capsule housing chambers 4A, 4B are opened and a closed position where the capsule housing chambers 4A, 4B are closed; mouthpieces 7, 8 arranged in the body 2; punching members 13, 14 which are arranged in the body 2 and punch holes 22A, 22B on the capsules 22 housed in the capsule housing chambers 4A, 4B; and punching stoppers 19, 20 which are arranged for the body 2, allow punching operation of the capsules 22 by the punching members 13, 14 while the lid body 6 is arranged at the closed position, and regulates punching operation of the capsule 22 by the punching members 13, 14 while the lid body 6 is arranged at positions other than the closed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 【課題】 カプセルに正しい大きさの穴を正しい位置に開けることにより、規定量の薬粉を投与できるようにする。【解決手段】 薬粉が充填されたカプセル２２を収容するためのカプセル収容室４Ａ，４Ｂが上面に開口して設けられた本体２と、本体２に設けられ、カプセル収容室４Ａ，４Ｂを開放する開位置とカプセル収容室４Ａ，４Ｂを閉塞する閉位置との間で開閉される蓋体６と、本体２に設けられたマウスピース７，８と、本体２に設けられ、カプセル収容室４Ａ，４Ｂに収容されたカプセル２２に穴２２Ａ，２２Ｂを開ける穴開け部材１３，１４と、本体２に設けられ、蓋体６が閉位置に配置された状態では穴開け部材１３，１４によるカプセル２２への穴開け動作を許可し、蓋体６が閉位置以外に配置された状態では穴開け部材１３，１４によるカプセル２２への穴開け動作を規制する穴開けストッパ１９，２０と、を備えている。【選択図】 図１４
