To provide an information processing system for executing appropriate examination schedule management.SOLUTION: In an information processing system in which a management server, a medical terminal and a reception terminal are connected through a communication network so as to be able to mutually transmit and receive data, the management server 10 transmits a medical examinee clinical chart 156 when receiving a request for the medical examinee clinical chart 156 of a medical examinee from the medical terminal. It also stores the medical examinee clinical chart 156 including input contents in a storage part 111 when an input is made to the medical examinee clinical chart 156 from the medical terminal. It also confirms a free apparatus corresponding to a next examination in accordance with a reservation request from the reception terminal, reads the apparatus corresponding to the next examination from examination information 153, sets candidates for reservation date/time on the read information of the apparatus, and transmits the candidates to the reception terminal 30.
