Zusammenfassung: | To provide a connection system and a connection method of tunnel supports allowing formation of the tunnel supports in a highly safe state, without using an expensive single operation type quick joint.SOLUTION: A connection system 80 of tunnel supports has: electromagnets 10 magnetically attracted to a second split support 200 and conduction switchable; a cylindrical body 30 connected to the electromagnets 10; an automatic wrench 50 stored slidably in the cylindrical body 30 in the direction leading to a first joint plate 105 and in the separating direction and holding a nut 209 attached to the tip of a male member 107; and operation means 60 operating conduction switching to the electromagnets 10 and the movement of the automatic wrench 50. The tip of the male member 107 is inserted into a through-hole 207, when the tip of the male member 107 abuts on the nut 209, the nut 209 is fastened to the male member 107 by the automatic wrench 50 operated by the operation means 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高価なワンタッチ式クイックジョイントを使用せず、高い安全性の下でトンネル支保工を形成することのできる、トンネル支保工の連結システムと連結方法を提供する。【解決手段】トンネル支保工の連結システム80は、第二分割支保工200に磁気吸着し、通電切り換え自在な電磁石10と、電磁石10に連結される筒体30と、筒体30の内部において第一継手板105に向かう方向と離れる方向とにスライド自在に収容され、雄部材107の先端に取り付けられるナット209を保持する自動レンチ50と、電磁石10への通電の切り換えと自動レンチ50の作動を操作する操作手段60とを有し、貫通孔207に雄部材107の先端が挿通され、雄部材107の先端とナット209が当接した際に、操作手段60により作動された自動レンチ50によりナット209が雄部材107に締結されるようになっている。【選択図】図1 |
