Zusammenfassung:	To provide a composition that can continuously give a high antistatic effect to a synthetic resin, and can also give high thermal stability thereto, a synthetic resin composition containing the same, and a molding thereof.SOLUTION: A composition contains (Y) component of 0.1-60.0 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of (X) component. The (X) component is at least one polymer compound (E) derived from the reaction of a polyester (a), derived from the reaction of a diol (a1) and a dicarboxylic acid (a2), a compound (b) having at least one ethyleneoxy group and hydroxy groups at both terminals, and an epoxy compound (D) having two or more epoxy groups.
