Zusammenfassung:To provide a latent heat storage material with which an article to be kept cold such as frozen food and ice cream can be kept cold at a temperature of -20°C or less for a long time, the material being capable of reducing the electric power consumption necessary for solidification.SOLUTION: The latent heat storage material contains 5-21 pts.wt. of ammonium chloride, 2-13 pts.wt. of potassium chloride, 5-23 pts.wt. of urea, and 43-88 pts.wt. of water, with the total of ammonium chloride, potassium chloride, urea and water being 100 pts.wt.
