To provide a tape peeling device in which burden on workers in roll tape replenishment work can be reduced and device downtime can be eliminated.SOLUTION: A tape peeling device 1 includes; a first detection part 115 (second detection part 116) for detecting the remaining amount of a first roll tape 85 (a second roll tape 86); a connecting part 7 for joining, to one second peeling tape 84 located between a holding part 60 and one second roll supporting part 114 that supports one second roll tape 86, the other first peeling tape 83 drawn from the other first roll tape 85; and a second cutter 18 cutting the one second peeling tape 84.
