To provide a coil component capable of being thinned.SOLUTION: A coil component in one aspect of the invention includes: a body; a support unit arranged in the body; a coil unit having at least one turn arranged on one face of the support unit; a lead unit arranged on the other face of the support unit which is opposed to the one face of the support unit and coupled with the coil unit; and a via pierced through the support unit and mutually coupling respective inside end portions of the coil unit and the lead unit.
