To provide a cooking apparatus which can perform cooking adapted to each kind of food without complicating the work of a user.SOLUTION: A cooking apparatus 1 comprises a heater 2, a food information acquisition unit for acquiring the food information of a plurality of kinds of food, a food region recognition unit 52 for recognizing a food region being a region in which food is arranged, a cooking condition setting unit 53 for setting a cooking condition for each kind of food, and a heating control unit 55 for controlling the heater 2.
