Zusammenfassung: | To provide a production method of an improved consolidated body and a soil improvement machine allowing excavated soil and a solidification agent to be mixed and stirred well by acquiring a preventative effect for co-rotation of the excavated soil and a mixed flow body with a free rotation blade, which is a preventative blade for co-rotation provided on an excavation shaft, as assuring halt of the free rotation blade without any increase of excavation resistance caused by the free rotation blade and any interruption of an excavation progress.SOLUTION: A free rotation blade 30 is configured to form a tip 35 not to project outside of an excavation diameter circle drawn by a tip of an excavation blade 20 through rotation of an excavation shaft 10 in a plan view. A rotation suppression member 160 for preventing the free rotation blade 30 from rotating around the excavation shaft 10 in a mixing and stirring process is made to penetrate in excavation soil in the mixing and stirring process and move downward to correspond to descending of the excavation shaft 10, so as to prevent rotation of the free rotation blade 30 around the rotation shaft 10 at a lower end part or a part near the lower end of the rotation suppression member 160. This prevents co-rotation with the free rotation blade 30 without any problem such as increase of excavation resistance, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】掘削軸に設けられる共回り防止翼である回転自由翼に起因する掘削抵抗の増大や掘削の進行の妨げもなく、回転自由翼の停止を確保し、その回転自由翼で、掘削土や混合流動体の共回りの阻止作用が得られるようにして、掘削土と固化剤との良好な混合攪拌が得られる、改良固結体の製造方法並びに地盤改良機を提供する。【解決手段】回転自由翼30を、その先端35が、平面視、掘削軸10の回転によって掘削翼20の先端が描く円である掘削径円の外側に突出しない長さのものとしておく。回転自由翼30が混合攪拌工程で、掘削軸10回りに回転するのを止めるための回転止め部材160を、混合攪拌工程で掘削土中に貫入して、掘削軸10の下降に対応するように下動させ、回転止め部材160の下端部又は下端寄り部位で、回転自由翼30が掘削軸10回りに回転するのを止める。回転自由翼30の共回り防止が、掘削抵抗の増大等の問題もなく得られる。【選択図】図4 |
