To provide a photovoltaic power generation system which can perform fault diagnosis of a solar cell panel in necessary timing.SOLUTION: A management device of a photovoltaic power generation system performs prediction of a solar cell power generation amount for predicting a power generation amount of a solar cell panel on the basis of weather information of an area including an installation place of the solar cell panel, solar cell panel diagnosis and panel fault possibility diagnosis for acquiring a PV power generation amount result by the solar cell panel to determine possibility of a fault of the solar cell panel on the basis of the predicted power generation amount, and the PV power generation amount result acquired by a power generation amount acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】必要なタイミングで太陽電池パネルの故障診断を行うことができる太陽光発電システムを提供する。【解決手段】太陽光発電システムの管理装置は、太陽電池パネルの設置場所を含む地域の天気情報に基づいて、太陽電池パネルの発電量を予測する太陽電池発電量予測と、太陽電池パネルによるＰＶ発電量結果を取得して、予測された発電量と、発電量取得部により取得されたＰＶ発電量結果とに基づいて、太陽電池パネルの故障の可能性を判定する太陽電池パネル診断とパネル故障可能性診断を行う。【選択図】図２
