APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH-PRESSURE PROCESS LOW-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing high-pressure process low-density polyethylene excellent in characteristics of less smoke generation in processing the obtained polyethylene and fewer fish eyes included in a film produced from the polyethylene.SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing high-pressure process polyethylene includes installations of: an ethylene supply pipe (11) being a pipe branched from an unreacted high-pressure ethylene pipe (6) and connected to an unreacted ethylene holding drum (12) to decompress unreacted high-pressure ethylene from the unreacted high-pressure ethylene pipe (6) and to supply the decompressed unreacted ethylene to the unreacted ethylene holding drum (12); and the unreacted ethylene holding drum (12) being a drum holding the unreacted ethylene decompressed through the ethylene supply pipe (11).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】得られるポリエチレン加工時の発煙量が少なくかつ当該ポリエチレンから製膜されたフィルムに含まれるフィッシュアイが少ないという特徴に優れた高圧法低密度ポリエチレン製造装置及び製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記設備を備える高圧法ポリエチレン製造装置；エチレン供給配管（１１）：未反応高圧エチレン配管（６）から分岐し未反応エチレン保持ドラム（１２）に接続され、未反応高圧エチレン配管（６）からの未反応高圧エチレンを減圧して、減圧した未反応エチレンを未反応エチレン保持ドラム（１２）に供給するための配管；及び未反応エチレン保持ドラム（１２）：エチレン供給配管（１１）を通して減圧された未反応エチレンを保持するドラム。【選択図】なし
