COMMUNICATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD

To provide low-latency communication that reduces the cost of equipment installed at a user site.SOLUTION: From among a U-plane and a C-plane, the U-plane is installed at a first user site that has a base station, and the C-plane is installed at a C-plane site (any site other than the user site). A system sets a U-plane site-to-site route which is a site-to-site communication route connecting a first user site and a second user site via a wide area network, and a C-plane site-to-site route which is a site-to-site communication route connecting the C-plane site and the first user site via the wide area network.
