The anode lead terminal 20 includes: a joint part that is formed by folding the center of one metal sheet at a bend portion; and an anode terminal that includes two strips 22a on both sides of the central part. The anode terminal is exposed at the bottom 40b of the exterior 40. A through-hole 22h is formed in each of the two strips 22a.
