PARKING LOT SERVER, PARKING FEE SETTLEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

To provide a parking lot server capable of reducing erroneous settlements by users.SOLUTION: A parking lot server includes: an entrance license number receiving unit that receives, from an entrance license number reader, an entrance license number which is a license number of a vehicle entering a parking lot; a settlement request receiving unit that receives, from a mobile terminal of a user, a settlement request for a parking fee including a partial license number which is a part of the license number, and a settlement method; an exit license number receiving unit that receives, from an exit license number reader, an exit license number which is a license number of a vehicle exiting from the parking lot; a parking fee determination unit that determines a parking fee based on a receiving time of the entrance license number and a receiving time of the corresponding exit license number; and a settlement execution unit that executes a settlement in accordance with a corresponding settlement request if there is only one settlement request of unexecuted settlement containing the corresponding partial license number by the receiving time of the exit license number that matches the partial license number, and executes a settlement in accordance with the settlement request with the latest time among the corresponding settlement requests if there are multiple settlement requests of unexecuted settlement containing the corresponding partial license number by the receiving time of the exit license number that matches the partial license number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ユーザによる誤った精算を減らすことができる駐車場サーバを提供する。【解決手段】入場車番読取器から駐車場に入場した車両の車番である入場車番を受信する入場車番受信部と、ユーザの携帯端末から車番の一部である部分車番と決済方法を含む駐車料金の精算要求を受信する精算要求受信部と、出場車番読取器から駐車場から出場した車両の車番である出場車番を受信する出場車番受信部と、入場車番の受信時刻と対応する出場車番の受信時刻に基づいて駐車料金を決定する駐車料金決定部と、部分車番と符合する出場車番の受信時刻までに該当する部分車番を含む決済未実行の精算要求が１つのみ存在する場合に該当する精算要求に従って決済を実行し、部分車番と符合する出場車番の受信時刻までに該当する部分車番を含む決済未実行の精算要求が複数存在する場合に該当する精算要求のうち最も新しい時刻の精算要求に従って決済を実行する決済実行部を含む。【選択図】図２
