MOLD FORM PRESSER JIG AND MOLD FORM UNIT

To provide a mold form presser jig capable of suitably pressing a grout form at a column base of a building.SOLUTION: A mold form presser jig 20 is used when a gap between the foundation 3 and a base plate 5 at a column base of a building to press a grout form 10 for preventing a grout material from flowing out. The mold form presser jig 20 comprises: a jig body part 21 which extends along a length; a fitting part 22 which is provided at one length-directional end part of the jig body part 21, and fitted detachably to a top surface of the base plate 5 using a permanent magnet; and a press part 23 which is provided at the other length-directional end part of the jig body part 21, and presses the grout form 10 downward toward the foundation 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】建物の柱脚においてグラウト型枠を好適に押さえることが可能な型枠押さえ治具を提供する。【解決手段】型枠押さえ治具２０は、建物の柱脚１において基礎３とベースプレート５の隙間にグラウト材を充填する際に用いられ、グラウト材の流出を防止するグラウト型枠１０を押さえるための治具である。型枠押さえ治具２０は、長尺に延びている治具本体部２１と、治具本体部２１の長さ方向の一端部に設けられ、ベースプレート５の上面に永久磁石を用いて着脱可能に取り付けられる取り付け部２２と、治具本体部２１の長さ方向の他端部に設けられ、グラウト型枠１０を基礎３に向かって下方に押圧する押圧部２３と、を備えている。【選択図】図８
