Zusammenfassung:To grind workpiece with high accuracy regardless of the shape of its ground surface.SOLUTION: A machine tool grinds workpiece 100 by a rotary grinding wheel 15. A ground surface of the rotary grinding wheel 15 is detected by a ground surface detection unit 20, and a diameter of the rotary grinding wheel 15 is discriminated based on a detection result of the ground surface detection unit 20. A position and an upper surface of the workpiece 100 are detected by a detection device 17. A processing route of the rotary grinding wheel 15 to the workpiece 100 is determined based on the discrimination result of the diameter of the rotary grinding wheel 15 and the detection result of the position and the upper surface of the workpiece 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ワークをその被研削面の形状に関わらず、高精度に研削できるようにすること。【解決手段】工作機械は、回転砥石15によってワーク100を研削する。前記回転砥石15の研削面は研削面検検出ユニット20によって検出され、その研削面検検出ユニット20の検出結果に基づいて前記回転砥石15の径が判別される。ワーク100位置及び上面は検出装置17によって検出される。そして、回転砥石15の径の判別結果及びワーク100位置及び上面の検出結果に基づいてワーク100に対する回転砥石15の加工ルートが決定される。【選択図】図1
