Zusammenfassung: | To provide an inspection apparatus.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus employs an amplification reaction solution for amplifying a causative substance in a specimen, a coloring solution containing a substance that develops color in response to the specimen after amplification, and an inspection body for detecting presence or absence of the causative substance by contacting a mixture solution of the specimen and the coloring solution. The inspection apparatus includes: a specimen storage tube; a tank cap detachably attached to an opening of the specimen storage tube; a tube body detachably attached to the other end of the tank cap; and a piston rod press-fitted into the tube body from the other end of the tube body. A sealing film for closing both openings of the tank cap is provided, and a coloring solution is sealed in the tank cap. A holder member having an inspection body is arranged on the tip of the piston rod, the sealing film can be broken through the holder member by press-fitting the piston rod into the tube body, and the inspection body can be freely immersed in the mixture solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、検査機器の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、検体内の原因物質を増幅する増幅反応液と、増幅後の検体に反応して発色する物質を含む着色液と、検体と着色液の混合液に接触して原因物質の有無を検知する検査体を用いる検査機器であり、検体収容チューブと、その開口部に着脱自在に装着されるタンクキャップと、タンクキャップの他端側に着脱自在に装着されるチューブ本体と、チューブ本体の他端側からチューブ本体に圧入されるピストンロッドを具備し、タンクキャップの両方の開口を閉じる封止フィルムが設けられ、タンクキャップの内部に着色液が封入されるとともに、ピストンロッドの先端側に検査体を備えたホルダー部材が設けられ、ピストンロッドのチューブ本体への圧入によりホルダー部材による封止フィルムの貫通破断が可能であり、検査体を混合液に浸漬自在にされたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
