Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow molded body capable of shortening formation time and reducing manufacturing cost, and the hollow molded body.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a hollow molded body comprises a step (step S3) in which a 3D printer of a heat dissolving lamination method forms a side portion of a hollow molded body, a step (step S4) in which a filler is charged into a space surrounded by a bottom portion or a stage and the side portion of the formed hollow molded body to fill the space with the filler, and a step (step S5) in which the 3D printer forms an upper portion of the hollow molded body on the side portion and the filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】造形時間を短縮し、製造コストを低減できる中空成形体の製造方法及び中空成形体を提供する。【解決手段】中空成形体の製造方法は、熱溶解積層方式の３Ｄプリンタが、中空成形体の側部を造形する工程（ステップＳ３）と、造形された中空成形体の底部又はステージと側部とで囲まれる空間に充填材を投入して、空間を充填材で満たす工程（ステップＳ４）と、３Ｄプリンタが、側部及び充填材の上に中空成形体の上部を造形する工程（ステップＳ５）と、を含む。【選択図】図６
