To provide a piping support device, a piping support system, a piping support method, and a program capable of suppressing lowering of productive efficiency.SOLUTION: A piping support device comprises: an acquisition unit which acquires piping diagram information; an allocation unit which allocates one of a plurality of processed piping pieces having at least joints and straight pipes to one part of a piping diagram included in the piping diagram information; and an output unit which outputs allocation information on the processed piping piece allocated to the piping diagram. The allocation unit allocates the processed piping piece corresponding to one part of the piping diagram by being processed to one part of the piping diagram as an allocated processed piping piece.
