Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of a dispersion liquid in which a solvent does not easily remain, a manufacturing method of a sheet, a manufacturing method of a secondary battery, a sheet, and a secondary battery.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a dispersion liquid, in a preparation step, a solvent having the donor number of less than 1 is prepared, and in a dispersion step, a complex hydride having ionic conductivity is dispersed in the solvent. In a manufacturing method of a sheet, a dispersion liquid containing the solvent having the donor number of less than 1 is applied to a support in a coating step, and the solvent is removed from the dispersion liquid coated on the support in a removing step. A secondary battery includes, in this order, a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer, and the solid electrolyte layer is composed of a dispersion liquid from which the solvent has been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶媒が残留し難い分散液の製造方法、シートの製造方法、及び、二次電池の製造方法、シート及び二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】分散液の製造方法は、準備工程においてドナー数が1未満である溶媒を準備し、分散工程においてイオン伝導性を有する錯体水素化物を溶媒に分散する。シートの製造方法は、塗布工程において、ドナー数が1未満である溶媒を含む分散液を支持体に塗布し、除去工程において、支持体に塗布された分散液から溶媒を除去する。二次電池は、順に、正極層、固体電解質層および負極層を含み、固体電解質層は、溶媒が除去された分散液からなる。【選択図】図1 |
