SOLUTION: A lens device may includes: a driving source; a lead screw which extends along an optical axis and rotated by the driving source; a transmission member which has a screw hole into which the lead screw is inserted and which moves in a first direction and a second direction by rotation of the lead screw, and which transmits power for moving a first holding member in the first direction; an elastic member which pushes the first holding member towards the second holding member by force having a component in the second direction, and which moves the first holding member in the second direction in response to movement of the transmission member in the second direction; and a guide mechanism which guides movement of the first holding member in the first direction and the second direction towards the second holding member.
