Zusammenfassung:	To provide a technique for restraining abnormal noise when a valve is closed.SOLUTION: A valve attaching structure in an exhaust flow passage includes a valve, and an installation portion to which the valve is attached in the exhaust flow passage. The valve includes a valve seat, and a valve element. The valve seat is attached to the installation portion, and has an opening through which exhaust passes. The valve element can close the opening.
