Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electromagnetic actuator which can reduce the variation in suction force in a driving direction when an armature starts moving in the driving direction.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic actuator used in an activation operation of a circuit breaker comprises an exciting coil, an armature 23, a core 24, and a conductor 26. The exciting coil generates a magnetic flux. The armature 23 is disposed in an internal space of the exciting coil in a manner movable in a driving direction by the magnetic flux generated by the exciting coil. The core 24 is disposed outside the exciting coil so as to form, together with the armature 23, a magnetic path through which the magnetic flux passes. The conductor 26 is disposed between a latch formation region of the armature 23 and a latch formation region of the core 24 which form a magnetic latch part 75 for temporarily restricting the movement of the armature 23 in the driving direction when the power supply to the exciting coil starts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】アマチュアが駆動方向に移動を開始する際の駆動方向の吸引力のばらつきを低減することができる電磁アクチュエータを得ること。【解決手段】電磁アクチュエータは、遮断器の投入操作に用いられる電磁アクチュエータであって、励磁コイルと、アマチュア23と、コア24と、導電体26とを備える。励磁コイルは、磁束を発生させる。アマチュア23は、励磁コイルが発生する磁束によって駆動方向に移動可能に励磁コイルの内部空間に配置される。コア24は、励磁コイルの外側に配置され、アマチュア23と共に磁束が通過する磁路を形成する。導電体26は、励磁コイルへの給電開始時にアマチュア23の駆動方向への移動を一時的に制限する磁気ラッチ部75を形成するアマチュア23のラッチ形成領域とコア24のラッチ形成領域との間に配置される。【選択図】図13 |
