Zusammenfassung:To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle configured so that when external force is applied from a front side and a rear side of the saddle-riding type vehicle, loads can be prevented from being directly transmitted to a roof and pillars.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle (1), which is equipped with a roof (3) provided above a seat (18) and a pair of left and right pillars (27) supporting the roof (3) from below, further comprises a pillar upper part (31) mounted on a bottom part of the roof (3) and connection members (30 and 40) connecting an upper end part of the pillar (27) to a lower end part of the pillar upper part (31). In a side view of a vehicle body, a center shaft (C1) of the pillar upper part (31) is offset to a front side with respect to a center shaft (C2) of the pillar (27). The connection members (30 and 40) have longitudinal lengths which are equivalent to a longitudinal length of the pillar upper part (31) at a connected part to the pillar upper part (31), in the side view of the vehicle body, and have wedge shapes in which the longitudinal lengths thereof gradually reduce as going downward.
