GUIDE RAIL AND ELEVATOR

To provide a guide rail and an elevator capable of increasing the strength with respect to a load in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A guide rail 20 includes a plurality of rail members 24, a plurality of reinforcement members 25, and a coupling member 40. The plurality of reinforcement members 25 are fixed to a rear surface of the rail members 24 and arranged along a vertical direction of a hoistway.
