Zusammenfassung:To provide a method capable of continuously mass-producing graphene of high purity more efficiently without causing environmental problems.SOLUTION: In a method for continuously mass-producing graphene according to the present invention, a reduction step is unnecessary by using expanded graphite and intercalated graphite as starting materials, and since no acid is used, no environmental problem is caused so that the graphene can be produced in an environmentally friendly manner. In the method for continuously mass-producing graphene according to the present invention utilizing a high-temperature plasma radiation method, a high-purity graphene can be obtained by obtaining graphene by a plasma method, and moreover the mass production at a high speed and continuously in a high yield is possible by collecting the graphene produced through a collector by applying a high-temperature heating plasma.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】環境問題を発生せず、さらに効率的に高純度のグラフェンを連続的且つ大量で製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のグラフェン連続大量製造方法は、出発物質として膨脹黒鉛及びインターカレーション黒鉛を用いることにより、還元工程が不要であり、酸を使用しないので環境問題を引き起こさず、環境に配慮した方法でグラフェンを製造することができる。また、本発明による高温プラズマ放射法を活用するグラフェン連続大量製造方法は、プラズマ方法でグラフェンを収得するところ、高純度のグラフェンを得ることができるだけではなく、高温の熱プラズマを適用して捕集器を通じて製造されたグラフェンを捕集できることにより、速い速度で連続的で高い収率の大量生産が可能である。【選択図】図1
