MULTITUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGER AND WET ATOMIZER

To provide a multitubular heat exchanger and a wet atomizer having high heat exchange capacity and easy in decomposition work and cleaning work.SOLUTION: A multitubular heat exchanger 100 includes: a plurality of cooling pipes 1 through which a cooled object is passed; cylindrical barrels 2 which cover a radial outer side of the plurality of cooling pipes 1 and in which a cooling medium flows; an inlet-side liquid contact portion 3 disposed at one end side of the plurality of cooling pipes 1; and floating heads 4 disposed at the other end side of the plurality of cooling pipes 1. The inlet-side liquid contact portions 3 and the floating heads 4 have inlet-side opening covers 5 and outlet-side opening covers 6 at opening ends.
