METHOD FOR CALCULATING PROCESS INTERVAL IN WORK TRAVELLING ROUTE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PROCESS INTERVAL

To provide a method for easily setting a process interval in a work travelling route to an appropriate value by providing a work vehicle with a navigation system including positioning means for acquiring the position of the work vehicle using a satellite positioning system or the like, route generation means for generating a work travelling route, and display means for displaying the position of the work vehicle and the work travelling route, or an automatic steering system including automatic steering means for guiding the work vehicle along the work travelling route on the basis of the position of the work vehicle and the work travelling route when executing the work travelling using the systems.SOLUTION: Route generation means calculates a process interval between adjoining work travelling routes on the basis of a work width of a work machine, a full width of a travelling device, and a positioning error of positioning means, notifies a user of the calculated process interval as a recommended interval, or notifies the user of appropriateness of the interval as compared with a process interval to be set artificially, and on the basis of this, determines the artificially set process interval as a final process interval or determines the calculated process interval as a final process interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】作業車両に衛星測位システム等を用いて作業車両の位置を取得する測位手段と、作業走行経路を作成する経路生成手段と、作業車両の位置と作業走行経路を表示する表示手段を備えるナビゲーションシステム、或いは作業車両の位置と作業走行経路に基づいて作業車両を作業走行経路に沿うように導く自動操向手段を備える自動操向システムを設け、これらのシステムを利用して作業走行を行う際に、作業走行経路における行程間隔を簡単に適正な値に設定することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】経路生成手段は、作業機の作業幅と、走行装置の全幅と、測位手段の測位誤差に基づいて隣り合う作業走行経路間の行程間隔を算出し、また、この算出した行程間隔を推奨する間隔として報知し、又は人為的に設定しようとする行程間隔と比較してその良否を報知し、そして、これに基づき人為的に設定した行程間隔を最終的な行程間隔に決定するか、或いは、この算出した行程間隔を最終的な行程間隔に決定する。【選択図】図７
