Zusammenfassung:To provide a manual locking device and a railroad door device that are configured to surely perform manual locking for achieving their safety.SOLUTION: A manual locking device includes: a transmission mechanism 4 that transmits a driving force from a drive source 3 to a door leaf 10 for movement thereof between a fully open position and a fully closed position; a moving section 5 that is provided in the transmission mechanism to move synchronously with the opening/closing of the door leaf; a regulatory section 6 that regulates the movement of the moving section in an open/close direction of the door leaf; an operating section 7 that generates an operating force by manual operation; and a locking section 8 that causes the operating force of the operating section to move the regulatory section from an unlocked position at which the moving section is not regulated to a locked position at which the movement of the moving section is regulated, thereby performing locking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】手動施錠を確実におこなって安全性を向上する手動施錠装置、鉄道用ドア装置を提供する。【解決手段】駆動源3からの駆動力をドアリーフ10に伝達して、ドアリーフを全開位置と全閉位置との間で移動させる伝達機構4と、伝達機構に設けられてドアリーフの開閉と同期して移動する移動部5と、ドアリーフの開閉方向における移動部の移動を規制する規制部6と、手動で操作することによって操作力を発生させる操作部7と、ドアリーフが全閉位置に位置しているときに、操作部の操作力によって、移動部の移動を規制しない解錠位置から移動部の移動を規制する施錠位置に、規制部を移動させることで施錠を行う施錠部8と、を備える手動施錠装置である。【選択図】図2
