THRUST TYPE BRAKE DEVICE AND TURNING WORK TABLE USING THE SAME

To provide a thrust type brake device and a turning work table using the device.SOLUTION: A thrust type brake device is equipped with a brake disc, a brake piston, a plurality of brake units, and a release piston. The brake piston generates axial thrust in the brake disc by the operation of a fluid. The brake disc is maintained at a brake position by the actuation of the brake piston and the plurality of brake units. The release piston generates axial thrust in the opposite direction in the brake disc by the operation of the fluid, and maintains the brake disc at a release position. By the features of a structure mentioned above, the thrust type brake device exerts a braking effect on the brake disc by the actuation of the brake units even if the fluid for actuating the brake piston loses a function, and can improve safety on operation. The thrust type brake device is modularized, so that the convenience of attaching/detaching work can be improved. A turning work table using the thrust type brake device can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】推力式制動装置およびそれを使用する旋転作業台を提供する。【解決手段】推力式制動装置はブレーキディスク、制動ピストン、複数の制動ユニットおよび解除ピストンを備える。制動ピストンは流体の作用によってブレーキディスクに軸方向推力を生じる。ブレーキディスクは制動ピストンおよび複数の制動ユニットの作動によって制動位置に維持される。解除ピストンは流体の作用によってブレーキディスクに逆方向の軸方向推力を生じ、ブレーキディスクを解除位置に維持する。上述した構造の特徴により、本発明による推力式制動装置は、制動ピストンを作動させる流体が機能を失っても、制動ユニットの作動によってブレーキディスクにブレーキ効果を発揮し、操作上の安全性を向上させることができる。本発明による推力式制動装置はモジュール化されているため、着脱作業の利便性を向上させることができる。また、本発明は前記推力式制動装置を使用する旋転作業台を提供することができる。【選択図】図２
