Zusammenfassung:To provide a nozzle device which enables a spray direction (a spray axis) of mist flow to be changed around a discharge orifice, which sprays droplets formed by mixing a liquid with a gas and atomizing the mixture, easily and freely, and to provide a spray method.SOLUTION: A liquid and a gas are mixed to spray (or jet) the atomized liquid from a discharge orifice 2, and gas flow is blown from gas orifices 11 onto or collided with the mist flow from the discharge orifice 2 to spray the mist flow. In this method, as the gas orifices 11, at least three gas orifices are formed on an outer peripheral circle of the discharge orifice 2 in a circumferential direction at regular intervals. Flow rates and/or pressures of gases in gas passages communicating with these gas orifices are controlled independently through flow rate regulating valves and/or pressure regulating valves to control a spray direction and/or a spray angle of the mist flow (or jet flow) to spray (or jet) the mist flow (or the jet flow).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】液体と気体とを混合して微粒化液滴を噴霧する吐出オリフィスを中心として、噴霧流の噴霧方向(噴霧軸)を簡便かつ自在に可変なノズル装置及び噴霧方法を提供する。【解決手段】液体と気体とを混合して吐出オリフィス2から微粒化した前記液体を噴霧(又は噴射)し、この吐出オリフィス2からの噴霧流に対して、気体オリフィス11から、気体流を衝突又は吹き付けて、前記噴霧流を噴霧する。このような方法において、前記気体オリフィス11として、前記吐出オリフィス2の外周円上に周方向に等間隔に少なくとも3つの気体オリフィスを形成し、これらの気体オリフィスに連通する気体流路の気体の流量及び/又は圧力を、流量調整弁及び/又は圧力調整弁を介して、独立して制御し、前記噴霧流(又は噴射流)の噴霧方向及び/又は角度を制御して噴霧(又は噴射)する。【選択図】図4
