Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vacuum packaging machine that can simultaneously vacuum-package a plurality of hot packs and cope with a boil-over from an interior of a bag.SOLUTION: A vacuum packaging machine in an embodiment is for simultaneously vacuum-packaging a plurality of hot packs by executing a vacuum drawing process including soft vacuum drawing a plurality of times and degassing the internal air of the plurality of hot packs rested within a chamber.
