Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of esterification of an organic carboxylic acid which can reduce an amount of a catalyst, is economical and is high in safety, without requiring a severe condition such as a high-temperature or a high-pressure.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an organic carboxylic acid ester by reacting an organic carboxylic acid with a dialkyl carbonate in the presence of an organic amine catalyst or an organic ammonium salt catalyst, in which with reference to a molar ratio (catalyst/carboxyl group) of the organic amine catalyst or the organic ammonium salt catalyst to the carboxy group of the organic carboxylic acid, the organic carboxy acid is continuously or intermittently reacted with dialkyl carbonate.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高温や加圧などの過酷な条件を必要とせず、触媒の量を低減できる経済的かつ安全性が高い有機カルボン酸のエステル化の方法を提供する。【解決手段】有機アミン触媒又は有機アンモニウム塩触媒の存在下において、有機カルボン酸とジアルキル炭酸とを反応させて有機カルボン酸エステルを製造する方法であって、有機カルボン酸のカルボキシ基に対する有機アミン触媒または有機アンモニウム塩触媒のモル比(触媒/カルボキシ基)を基準として、有機カルボン酸を連続的又は断続的にジアルキル炭酸と反応させることを特徴とする有機カルボン酸エステルの製造方法である。【選択図】なし
