MELT ASPHALT CONVEYING VESSEL IN ASPHALT WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION

To provide a melt asphalt conveying vessel which prevents adhesion and accumulation of melt asphalt in a metal melt asphalt conveying vessel, eliminates a risk accompanied by the conventional work of immersing and melting the asphalt adhered and accumulated in the metal conveying vessel in a melting furnace and returns the vessel to a blank state, and increases efficiency of asphalt waterproof construction.SOLUTION: A material obtained by mixing a filler (clay) with a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is applied to the inside of a metal container 1 and dried, then a craft-made inner container 2 formed according to the inner shape and inner size of the metal container 1 by craft paper mold-released with a silicon for mold release is set therein, and melt asphalt is placed in the craft-made inner container 2 and conveyed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属製の溶融アスファルト運搬容器における溶融アスファルトの付着堆積を防止して、金属製運搬容器に付着堆積したアスファルトを溶解釜に浸漬して溶かして容器を空の状態に戻す従来の作業に伴う危険を無くし、かつアスファルト防水工事の効率化を図る溶融アスファルト運搬容器を提供する。【解決手段】金属製容器１の内側に、ポリビニルアルコール水溶液に充填材（クレー）を混合したものを塗布乾燥後、離型用シリコンで離型処理されたクラフト紙によって金属製容器１の内形・内寸にあわせて形成されたクラフト紙製内容器２をセットし、このクラフト紙製内容器２内に溶融アスファルトを入れて運搬する。【選択図】図１
