Zusammenfassung:To provide a panel unit capable of properly resisting placing pressure of concrete.SOLUTION: A bridge pier is constructed by a step of performing basic assembly of a panel unit 1, a step of installing the panel unit 1 to a construction site of the bridge pier, and a step of placing concrete 5 inside a precast panel 31 using the panel unit 1 as an embedded form frame. The panel unit 1 comprises a reinforcement bar of the bridge pier and a plurality of precast panels 31 arranged to surround the reinforcement bar, and an external timber support 40 is attached so as to surround the precast panel 31.
