The Fe-based alloy contains C: more than 1.0 mass% and 1.8 mass% or less, Mn: 0.10 mass% or more and 1.5 mass% or less, Cr: 6.0 mass% or more and 9.0 mass% or less, Mo: 2.0 mass% or more and 6.0 mass% or less, V: 1.0 mass% or more and 4.0% or less, Co: 1.0 mass% or more and 5.0 mass% or less, and inevitable impurities.
