SYSTEM, METHOD, PROGRAM AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING WALL THICKNESS

To provide a system and the like for measuring a wall thickness, that realize precision in noise removal being equivalent with respect to a plurality of pieces of measurement data.SOLUTION: A wall thickness measuring system generates induction current at a site to be measured and calculates a wall thickness of the site to be measured. The wall thickness measuring system includes an induction electromotive force detector and a filter processing unit. The filter processing unit removes noise contained in a detection signal being the detected induction electromotive force. The filter processing unit calculates a Fourier series of a detection signal, for at least two sections respectively including a first section that is a partial period of a detection period from the start to the end of detecting a detection signal, and a second section obtained by shifting a first section by a prescribed time. Then, the filter processing unit generates an average signal of a first signal obtained by removing a frequency component of noise from the whole detection signal on the basis of the Fourier series in the first section, and a second signal obtained by removing a frequency component of noise from the whole detection signal on the basis of the Fourier series in the second section, as a removal signal in which noise has been removed from the detection signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】複数の測定データに対して同等のノイズ除去の精度を実現させる肉厚測定システム等を提供する。【解決手段】被測定箇所に誘導電流を発生させて被測定箇所の肉厚を算出する肉厚測定システムは、誘導起電力検出部及びフィルタ処理部を備える。フィルタ処理部は、検出された誘導起電力である検出信号に含まれるノイズを除去する。フィルタ処理部は、検出信号の検出開始から終了までの検出期間の一部の期間である第一区間、及び、第一区間を所定時間だけシフトさせた第二区間の少なくとも２つの区間のそれぞれにおいて、検出信号のフーリエ級数を算出し、第一区間でのフーリエ級数に基づいて検出信号の全体に対してノイズの周波数成分を除去した第一信号と、第二区間でのフーリエ級数に基づいて検出信号の全体に対してノイズの周波数成分を除去した第二信号と、を平均した信号を、検出信号からノイズを除去した除去信号として生成する。【選択図】図８
