Zusammenfassung:To provide a pressure sensor that can detect pressure, particularly a slight change in pressure of a fluid, and can also detect its flow direction.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor includes a pressure sensitive body and magnetic sensors. The pressure sensitive body is erected on the surface of the pressure sensor, and three or more magnetic sensors are arranged around the pressure sensitive body. The pressure sensitive body is an elongated elastic body having magnetic lines in a certain direction. The magnetic sensors detect deformation of the pressure sensitive body due to application of pressure as a change in magnetic field, thereby, a change in and a direction of pressure are detected. In addition, a pressure distribution sensor can be formed by arranging a plurality of pressure sensors in a matrix on a sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧力の検出、特に、流体の微弱な圧力変化の検出が可能で、流れの方向の検出も可能な圧力センサーの提供。【解決手段】本発明の圧力センサーは、感圧体と磁気センサーを含む圧力センサーであって、前記圧力センサーは前記感圧体を面上に立設させて前記感圧体の周囲に3個以上の前記磁気センサーを設置し、前記感圧体は細長い形状の弾性体で一定方向に磁力線を有することを特徴とし、感圧体に圧力が加わった際の変形を磁気センサーが磁場の変化として感知することにより、圧力の変化及び方向を検出する。また、前記圧力センサーをシート上にマトリクス状に複数配置することにより圧力分布センサーにすることができる。【選択図】 図1
