Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cationic electrodeposition coating composition in which adhesion and insulation properties of a coating film obtained from the cationic electrodeposition coating composition is further improved as compared with the conventional ones, and thereby the rust prevention property is improved.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cationic electrodeposition coating composition, which is a cationic electrodeposition coating composition containing an aminated epoxy resin and a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent, and in which the aminated epoxy resin is an aminated epoxy resin obtained by reacting an amine compound with an epoxy resin, the molecular weight distribution of the aminated epoxy resin is 2.7 or less, and the elongation percentage of an electrodeposition coating film after coating the cationic electrodeposition coating composition on a steel sheet so that the cured film thickness is 20 μm and baking at 160°C for 15 minutes is 0.1 to 4.5%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明では、カチオン電着塗料組成物から得られた塗膜の密着性と遮断性を従来のものよりも更に向上させて、防錆性を高めたカチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、アミン化エポキシ樹脂およびブロック化ポリイソシアネート硬化剤を含有するカチオン電着塗料組成物であって、前記アミン化エポキシ樹脂が、アミン化合物とエポキシ樹脂を反応させることで得られるアミン化エポキシ樹脂であり、前記アミン化エポキシ樹脂の分子量分布が2.7以下であり、前記カチオン電着塗料組成物を硬化膜厚が20μmになるよう鋼板上に塗装し160℃で15分焼き付けた後の電着塗膜の伸び率が0.1~4.5%である、カチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。【選択図】 なし |
