Zusammenfassung:To display production loss information generated in consideration of on-site data acquisition accuracy and estimation accuracy.SOLUTION: A production information management system includes: a storage device that stores 4M (man, machine, material, and method) data information including time-series data that associates a state of each 4M element with acquisition accuracy of the 4M data defined for each 4M target and acquisition method, and analysis model information that defines criteria for determining production loss from a combination of the 4M data information; a processor that analyzes the 4M data information using the analysis model information to estimate production loss, calculates estimation accuracy for each production loss, and generates production loss information; and a production loss display unit that displays the production loss information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】現場データの取得精度および推定精度を考慮した生産ロス情報を示す。【解決手段】 生産情報管理システムであって、4M(Man,Machine,Material及びMethod)の各要素の単位時間ごとの状態を、4Mの対象と取得方法ごとに定義された4Mデータの取得精度と対応付けた時系列データを含む4Mデータ情報と、4Mデータ情報の組み合わせから生産ロスを判定するための基準を定義した分析モデル情報と、を記憶する記憶装置と、4Mデータ情報を分析モデル情報により分析して生産ロスを推定し、生産ロスごとに推定精度を算出して生産ロス情報を生成するプロセッサと、生産ロス情報を表示する生産ロス表示部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
