To provide an object quantity determination method capable of correcting a difference caused by a collection method and a collection condition and the like, and determining an amount of an object on a solid surface easily and accurately.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for determining an amount of an object on a solid surface, the method comprising following steps (1)-(3): (1) a collection step for adhering a constant amount of a standard object on the solid surface and then collecting a sample including the standard object from the solid surface; (2) a measurement step for measuring amounts of the standard object and the object in the sample; and (3) a correction step for calculating a ratio of the amount of the standard object collected, with respect to the amount of the adhered standard object, on the basis of the amount of the standard object adhered to the solid surface, and the amount of the standard object measured in the measurement step, and on the basis of the ratio, correcting the amount of the object measured in the measurement step.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 採取方法や採取条件等による差を補正し、固体表面上の対象物の量を簡便かつ正確に定量可能な対象物の定量方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 固体表面上の対象物の量を定量する方法であり、以下の（１）～（３）：（１）固体表面上に、一定量の標準物を付着させた後、前記固体表面上から前記標準物を含む試料を採取する採取工程、（２）前記試料中の標準物及び対象物の量を測定する測定工程、及び（３）前記固体表面上に付着させた標準物の量と前記測定工程で測定された標準物の量とから、付着させた標準物の量に対する採取された標準物の量の割合を算出し、前記割合に基づいて、前記測定工程で測定された対象物の量を補正する補正工程、を含む、対象物の定量方法。【選択図】 なし
