DEVICE FOR SENDING OUT AND PULLING BACK FLAW DETECTION SENSOR

PURPOSE: To provide a device that sends out and a pulls back a flaw detection sensor, with which it is possible to simplify the entire structure, reduce the size and weight and cut down the cost of the device, and to facilitate the work of device setup, etc., eliminate variation in inspection quality, and reduce burden on workers.CONSTITUTION: Provided is a device for sending out and pulling back a flaw detection sensor, comprising: an air gun for sending out the flaw detection sensor into a hole by air; an air motor driven by air, for pulling back the flaw detection sensor having sent out into the hole from inside the hole in a direction to the air gun (e.g., via a cable attached to the flaw detection sensor); an air supply unit for supplying air for drive to the air gun and the air motor; and a switching supply unit for selectively supplying air from the air supply unit to the air gun or to the air motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【目的】装置全体の構成を単純化、小型軽量化及び低コスト化でき、装置のセッティング等の作業を容易化でき、検査品質のバラツキをなくし、作業者への負担を低減できる、探傷用センサの送出及び引戻し装置を提供する。【構成】前記探傷用センサをエアーにより前記孔中に送出するエアガンと、前記孔中に送られた後の探傷用センサを（例えば前記探傷用センサに取り付けられたケーブルを介して）前記孔中から前記エアガン方向へ引き戻す、エアーにより駆動されるエアモーターと、前記エアガン及び前記エアモーターに対し、駆動用のエアーを供給する空気供給部と、前記空気供給部からのエアーを、前記エアガン側又は前記エアモーター側に選択的に供給する切換供給部とを備えた、探傷用センサの送出及び引戻し装置である。【選択図】 図１
