Zusammenfassung:To provide a press forming method, a mold for press forming and a method of designing the mold for press forming capable of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles of a top plate part when a formed article and an intermediate article which contain a top plate part, a ridge part and a vertical wall part which is connected with the top plate part via the ridge part are manufactured.SOLUTION: In a press forming method, material 2 to be processed is putted between a first mold 41 having a first press surface 41a corresponding to a top plate part after forming and a shoulder part 41b continuously to the first press surface 41a and corresponding to a ridge part after forming, and a second mold 42 having a second press surface 42a arranged oppositely to the first press surface 41a, the second mold 42 is pressed so as to push the material 2 to be processed against the first press surface 41a of the first mold 41, at the same time, a shape containing a curved corner shape is formed by a third mold 43 arranged on the second mold 42 side with respect to the material 2 to be processed and such a shape as to get to protrusive toward the second mold 42 on an edge part area of the first press surface 41a is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】被加工材をプレスして、天板部と、稜線部と、稜線部を介して天板部と接続される縦壁部とを含む成形品や中間品を製造する際に、天板部のしわの発生を抑制できるプレス成形方法、プレス成形用金型およびプレス成形用金型の設計方法を提供する。【解決手段】被加工材2を、成形後の天板部に対応する第一プレス面41aと第一プレス面41aに連続して成形後の稜線部に対応する肩部41bとを有する第一金型41と第一プレス面41aと対向配置される第二プレス面42aを有する第二金型42とにより挟み込み、第二金型42を加圧して被加工材2を第一金型41の第一プレス面41aに押し付けながら、被加工材2に対し第二金型42側に配置された第三金型43によって、湾曲コーナー形状を含む形状を成形し、かつ第一プレス面41aの端部領域に第二金型42に向かって凸となる形状を有する、ことを特徴とするプレス成形方法を提供する。【選択図】図4
